Product Overview

The solution combines membrane contactors, online CVS analysis and ion-exchange membranes to address dissolved gas, organic additives and ion transport.

YE-PP-M20 membrane contactors for bath degassing.

CVS / CPVS analysis of brightener, suppressor and leveller concentrations.

Ion-exchange membranes for anode/cathode separation.

Applications include TSV/RDL/pillar copper plating, PCB, LED and photovoltaic processes.
